The Urban Chic range is an exciting collection made up of brightly coloured reclaimed pieces that have been given an industrial edge by a chunky steel frame. The wood has been salvaged from old houses and buildings in places like Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Gujarat in India before being made into furniture by Baumhaus’s craftsmen.

The pieces are handbuilt using techniques that preserve the original qualities of the wood, so it remains full of colour and life. Our favourite thing about reclaimed furniture is that every piece is unique (and they make great conversation starters!)

  

Reclaimed furniture helps you to create an instantly warming, lived-in look but the Urban Chic is a little bit different in that it brings an industrial vibe too. The chunky black stained steel frame counter balances the rustic warmth of the reclaimed wood for a dramatic contrast that makes a statement.
