Click and Collect is a free service available 6 days a week. Once your pieces are in stock, collect from the store or the warehouse within 14 Days.
Orders over £650 qualify for free delivery*.
If you have spent less than £650 you will be charged a delivery fee*.
The cost of delivery for Clearance items depends on the size of the piece and where it is being delivered to. Please get in touch for a quote.
Delivery of accessories and other small items costing £80 or less will be charged at £10.
Some fragile accessories may only be available as 'click and collect'.
- How Soon Can You Deliver?
Once all of your pieces are in stock, someone from our dispatch team will be in touch with you to confirm the delivery date and take any outstanding balance on your order. The delivery cannot take place until the order has been paid for in full.
It usually takes approximately two weeks for delivery but please allow an extra few days around busy festive periods and Bank Holidays. If you live in a particularly rural area, it might take our delivery team a little bit longer to get to you but don’t worry, we will get there one way or another.
All of our furniture is delivered by our own delivery team or a professional courier company specialising in furniture delivery.
If for any reason the delivery cannot be made and an additional delivery has to take place, there would be a charge for the aborted delivery.
Once your items are in stock, it will take approximately 3-5 working days for them to be delivered to you by an experienced courier company.
A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure you are personally present to accept the delivery or that you appoint a responsible person to do so in your absence.
- Will In Stock Items Arrive Sooner?
Pieces that we currently have in stock will be labelled with an icon saying either ‘in stock’ or ‘quick dispatch’ but we always recommend contacting the store to check because stock levels change on a daily basis.
If a piece is in stock, it usually takes approximately two weeks for delivery.
- What To Do If My Furniture Won’t Fit?
It is your responsibility to inform us at the time of ordering if our delivery teams are likely to encounter difficulties when delivering to your home. Please also consider safe access to your chosen room and ensure that the route is clear.
Taskers are only responsible for delivery to your front door and any costs incurred affecting delivery (i.e window removal) are not covered by Taskers or the courier company.
- What To Do If My Estimated Delivery Date Has Passed?
In the majority of cases our deliveries are made on time (sometimes even early), but in the unfortunate event that your delivery is taking longer than expected, we apologise.
We work hard to deliver all purchases on time but the delivery times we provide are only an estimate. We will always make every effort to keep you informed but if you’ve been waiting longer for your order than expected, please give our team a call on 01254 236262. They’ll be more than happy to provide you with an update.

- What To Do If I Live Outside Of Mainland Uk?

- What To Do With My Old Furniture?
We recommend that you get in touch with the British Heart Foundation who will happily collect any unwanted, reusable furniture. For more information please visit the British Heart Foundation website.
