Blacksnape Home Furniture Range

The wood used to build the Blacksnape pieces is reclaimed sleeper wood which has been taken from railway tracks. For the tables, the wood is simply cleaned and made into table tops without any stain or lacquer, so it retains all of its natural beauty. A 10mm sheet of toughened glass is placed on top of the wood to create an even surface.

The Sideboard and TV Cabinet have a much more polished, smoother looking frame but the doors are left untreated for a raw, natural look. In sharp contrast to the rustic warmth of the reclaimed wood is the shiny steel legs which give the collection a modern, urban edge.
