This is essentially the mechanism that allows the sofa to effortlessly recline and deploy the footrest without any physical effort required from the user. What’s more, the rocking motion on the manual and power chairs features an automatic safety lock when you recline back to approximately 65-degrees. Comfortable, functional, and safe.
